In need of a grindstone, to scrape the inch-thick rust off; or a mountain bike, to overcome the gignormous mental barrier.
Would love to live in the mountains, moon for light, flowers for carpet, thick bread toasted cheese freshly-squeezed goat's milk for dinner, hay for bed(ok, maybe not hay ONly), goats and fir trees, tall and mighty, for company, time to learn about herbs and think about why hawks call.
Not sure wad to do. Now that life has quietened down a bit, began to think of old old frens again. The 4 fabulous from pri 1-4, where are they now? Lost them completely-or maybe friendster is not that accessible. How's hj? long time no see. And j. The last time we had contact we din part really amiably. Dunno how to initiate the next one either, after the awkwardness. Two bulls, what to do. Maybe should look at instead those who are still around. But the unknown leaves more to be imagined.
Lectures ending, yet AnOther sem. Mech is getting REAlly interesting; so much potential about product prediction just from learning transition states, and they are really amazing! Totally new and intriguing; glad i took this. Now everything makes so much more sense; why is the Hueckel rule for 4n+2; why bonds break; nice. But quantum chem is ALOT of physics and maths, damn.
Have to consider carefully... Organo and syn are just, well, boring. Just cant keep awake; always find it unfanthomable that my fren can really hate the mech lecturer but like the syn one-he's so boring! Messy, true, but his topics are novel, at least.
Oh, SOMEThing did happen this week. I lost my dic, or so i thought. Called my fren to check, since we both were together with all our books out in preparation for ORAl. She said she had one with her, and she said its mine, cos it was spotted with ink. Ok, so now hers was lost. Then i started to think back, like where i put my dic after the last consultation, did i put it on the floor, or maybe that i din zip my bag, and THen, i realised that i neednt have, cos mine was still around, but my Fren HAd to do the recalling, like where she put her dic, or did she put it into her bag before we changed venue to the latest bench. Ach so. But my fren couldnt rem anything, and the tutor i emailed said she did not see it, but recommended that we go to the lost-and-found, which i did, but to no avail. So we decided to buy a new one, and share the cost, and now we have two dics, the new one for her, and the inky one me. Alls well ends well. =)
